If you run a welding truck, you’ll soon find out you are the last one to leave when it comes time to spool-up if you don’t have welding lead reels on your truck. Our welding lead spools are made from years of experience operating a welding truck in the oil field. We didn’t design these spools sitting behind a desk with a hope and a prayer that they would work. Our lead reels have been tested on our trucks for over ten years, that’s right ten years and about 200,000 miles. We have used our welding lead reels in temperatures as low as -30 degree below and as high as 110 degrees.

ATEC welding lead spools are almost bullet proof being fabricated from 3/16 plate with a 2 inch pipe hub, internal bearings, solid cold roll shaft, and welded to a 2 inch square tube. Our reels will with stand the harshest UV rays and weather conditions you can throw at them, short of throwing them in a blazing volcano. Our manual welding cable reels won't freeze up like spring loaded reels when the weather gets bad. Our welding cable spools offer compact ability, durability, trouble-free and zero maintenance.

We currently offer three models of welding cable reels for you to choose from. We also offer our welding cable reels with two more options:

1) A hot bed, or hot mounted cable reel provides flexibility using a short whip.
2) A grounded bed or grounded welding cable reel prevents the work surface from being hot.
